Bust measure across the fullest part of the bust and across the shoulder blades
Under bust if you're shopping for a bra you should take another measurement directly under the bust.
Waist measure around the natural waistline
Hips measure at the fullest part
Inner leg length is measured from the top of your inside leg down to the floor/ankle bone
